Sr. Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/d) - (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design of Firmware for Controllers in C/C++
- Development of Software for Testing, Validation and Automation in C/C++ and Python
- Development of Software for Modelling in Matlab/Simulink and Python
- Implementation of hardware drivers and basic software components for controller software in electric powertrain components (especially battery management)
- Coordinating requirements, considering safety standards, and designing and testing the solution within the team
- Improvement of existing Continuous Build, Integration, Test and Release infrastructure
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Ability to work from our offices in Munich, Germany.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in software development in C/C++ and Python (Matlab as a plus)
- Experience with CAN Communication would be an advantage
- Experience with different MCUs is beneficial (STM32, Texas Instruments, Infineon, etc.)
- Structured approach to work
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (German as a plus)
- Experience in attending customer meetings to introduce projects and present ideas.
