This role is instrumental in integrating our innovative battery and charging solutions into a wide range of customer UAV platforms. • Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal engineering teams (software, hardware, mechanical, validation) during the integration, testing, and validation phases for both prototype and series products.
  • Field Optimization & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in the field, working directly with customers to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Product Improvement: Translate valuable feedback from field operations and customer interactions into actionable recommendations for our system and hardware development teams to continuously enhance our products.
  • Early-Stage Contribution: Be a key contributor to integration efforts for early-stage prototypes, helping define best practices and ensuring scalability for future production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work from our offices in Munich, Germany.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the integration of software, electronics, and mechanical components into complex systems, ideally with a focus on electromechanical systems, power electronics, or battery systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical drawings. You should be proficient in understanding C-code for embedded systems, familiar with 3D CAD tools, and have a solid understanding of digital communication protocols.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for diagnosing complex issues in real-world scenarios.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
  • Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach, dedicated to providing outstanding support and building lasting relationships.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and take initiative in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities and contributing across various stages of product development.
