Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Own and lead all non-technical project topics of our most important projects
• Own and lead the sprint plannings (together with technical lead) to ensure all project members are at good capacity and work on the right topics   
• Own non-technical part of steering meetings (Creation of Agenda, presentation of timeline and unit requests, status of supply chain and inventory, …)
• Receive and break down the customer unit requests and create feasible timelines
• Order missing components at our suppliers and manage receival and inventory of parts  
• Ensure a sufficient and good project documentation together with the engineering team
• Manage product maintenance topics (field returns, bug reports, …) and coordinate / find solutions together with engineering team  
• Manage all logistics within the project 
• Track and enforce budget/cost targets
• Track and enforce timeline targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work from our offices in Munich, Germany.
• You already have professional experience in project management, supply chain or other similar fields 
• Proven track record for successfully managed interdisciplinary project teams (internal and external)
• Technical expertise in electric powertrains, batteries and charger systems is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
