Team Operations & Event Support (m/f/d) Internship / Working Student

Responsibilities:

1. Team Culture Initiatives
Assist with planning and executing team-building activities to foster a cohesive and inclusive culture.

2. Event Support
Help organize internal and external events, including logistics, catering, and on-site support.
Coordinate event materials and ensure smooth execution for memorable experiences.

3. Office Operations
Manage office supply inventory and coordinate with providers to ensure a well-functioning workspace.

4. Marketing Assistance
Support the creation of digital and printed marketing materials, newsletters, and video content.
Contribute ideas to enhance internal and external communication strategies.

5. Purchasing & Customer Service
Ensure smooth purchasing processes by adhering to compliance procedures.
Manage non-urgent customer service inquiries, maintaining professional and timely responses.

Required Skills and Qualification:

Ability to work from our offices in Munich, Germany.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in business administration, communications, marketing, media design, or a related field.
Structured approach to work and project management experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in setting up processes is ideal.
Previous practical experience in videography is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing tasks and a great team.

Growth Opportunities:
